Russian Game Developers Conference (KRI) is an official event organized "by developers for developers", and also for publishers of computer, video, online and mobile games. This annual event summons hundreds of artists, designers, animation artists, programmers and sound engineers. In other words, it gathers people from all of the former USSR who make games and are willing to share their experience and ideas with colleagues, learn something new, find new employee, partner or publisher. Annually, over 100 lections and seminars are held during KRI, prepared and delivered by venerable specialists in all fields of game making. Topics vary from tips and tricks on programming to project management and customer support. Moreover, KRI Expo, an exhibition in the frames of the Conference, shows off new software, services and platforms for developers, and also new game projects that are yet unavailable on shelves. There's also Project Fair, where young teams and developers are able to show their works to representatives from major Russian and abroad publishers. Every KRI features the KRI Awards contest, the only professional prize from developers community, awarded to individuals, companies and projects during special ceremony held during the Conference.
